Is it true that Whey Protein has many of the same benefits, in terms of high intensity workouts, that...?

Creatine has?

What exactly does Whey Protein do, because I heard many body builders are using it now as opposed to Creatine because of the many supposed negative side effects associated with Creatine use?Is it true that Whey Protein has many of the same benefits, in terms of high intensity workouts, that...?
Hmmm . . . not sure where you got this from. Most bodybuilders actually use both (or, at least whey), not either or. Whey protein is just a form of protein, and you need protein to build muscle. Creatine monohydrate is a nitrogenous organic acid, which can contribute to cell volumizing and some strength gains from increased ATP.

They are not interchangeable.

FYI, I only take whey protein. Never creatine.
