Hi Dear

When you try to Bulk up you workout harder hence you burn more calories so you have to consume extra Calories. When we have those extra Cal's we tend to have more than we have burned. Hence those utilized extra cals turn to Fat.Is it true that if you try to bulk up you will get fatter? If so why does this happend (in scientific terms)?
The best way to burn fat is to consume less and move more, the issues surface when we really try to put that into practice! There are loads of stumbling blocks out there aren't there?! The sole method which definitely showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it was featured in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I lost thrity pounds, it definitely does produce success!
well, most people while bulking do it like idiots and think the simple equation of putting on good weight is simply to eat more(regardless of what it is)...So, they just pile in the food and workout, there is however ways around this by eating correctly and following a clean anabollic diet(and NO, the anabollic portion doesn't refer to steroids) as opposed to using your 'bulking cycle' as an excuse to go to McDonalds
